Payments and Insurance
We accept cash and credit cards for payment of psychiatric services. Invoices are due upon receipt.
Aloha Psychiatric and Wellness, LLC will work with insurance providers where possible. Below is a list of insurance companies we currently work with. If your insurance provider is not listed, please let us know and we will try to get them added. If we can not, we can provide "super bills" that you can then submit to your insurance company. We also have a notification list to let you know when certain insurance companies are added. Just give us a quick call and we'll be happy to add you.
If you have a secondary, please check with us to make sure we have the info and are setup to file with them. Please note: our billing company, who files on any commercial plans, can not currently submit secondary claims to insurance companies.
